A graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, specializes in Filipino and Asian cuisine inspired by the warmth of grandmother’s home cooking and elevated through professional culinary expertise.With over 15 years as an entrepreneur and restaurateur, Chef J has established two restaurants in the Philippines and two in New York, including Tagpuan Bakery and Pookaberry Café in Long Island. As a culinary consultant, Chef J has helped restaurants develop menus, refine concepts, and create memorable dining experiences. Every dish is crafted with heart, tradition, and a modern touch that brings the comfort of home to every table.
